I had a great experience with Wisdom Jewellers...Justin took two rings that had no significance for me anymore and turned them into one unique custom modern white gold and diamond ring that is truly one of a kind. I love it!

My experience with Wisdom’s Jewellers was fantastic. In July 2021 I contacted Justin to create a custom, one of a kind engagement ring for my girlfriend who is now my Fiancé. After sitting down with Justin for a while, I told him all my ideas that I wanted incorporated into this special ring, and the more we talked about it the more excited we both got. Over the next few months Justin walked me through each step of creating this masterpiece. From choosing the diamonds to all the small hand details and engravings, I was part of the process 100%. When Justin delivered the finished ring to me and I saw it for the first time, I literally cried. Justin and his team went above and beyond and delivered a custom ring that far surpassed all of my expectations. Justin is a true master of his craft and it really shows. I was truly blown away by sheer beauty and detail of this ring. My fiancé absolutely loves the ring and all the detail and care that was put into making it. She shows it off any chance she can. I had a loose stone on my new engagement ring just days before Christmas, and they were able to rush repair it for me so that it would be ready for the holidays (and with no extra cost for the rush either!). Justin was very kind and professional. Im very please with how the repair was completed & so thankful for the speedy service.

Justin was an absolute pleasure to work with! His personality is wonderfully comforting and professional while determining what your wishes are for the piece. In our case, we needed my engagement ring redone after an unfortunate loss of the main diamond. I did shop other jewellers but it was Justin that won me over in that first meeting. When I was on the hunt for a ring I stumbled across this business’ Instagram account. I had no idea about rings, I started educating myself by asking question. When I messaged through DM on Instagram a question. Something like what type of carrot is this, typically what price range. I was blocked…lol. So we then spent our thousands at diamond boi custom jeweller and had much better customer service. Just figured I’d tell my story incase you’re in the market for a ring and actually want good customer service!

I owe Justin probably 40 stars for the awesome pieces that he has created for me over the years and for his superb customer service! He makes me feel like his most important client every time I visit his office. I had recently purchased a pair of diamond hoop earrings that I absolutely love. He knew my style and taste when he recommended them for me. More than the beautiful pieces he creates, he genuinely cares no matter the price of the piece. He knows that the pieces are very dear treasures to his customers. A few years ago, our family dog passed and I asked Justin to engrave the back of my son’s watch with the paw print. Neither the job nor the watch were expensive, but Justin’s care to make sure I had it in time to give it my son was indeed priceless. He went above and beyond and delivered the engraved watch to my home. No matter what heirloom piece you’re looking for, you will be impressed. Truly amazing service! If I could give more than 5 stars – I would!
