Course-by-Course Evaluation Report
A course-by-course evaluation report determines an individual’s United States educational equivalency. A course-by-course evaluation report differs from a document-to-document evaluation report in that it also provides a detailed description of the subjects and coursework completed at the student’s foreign academic institution along with a grade point average and credit hours analysis. This type of evaluation report is most used for educational or career purposes where transfer credit or coursework assessment is needed.
This type of evaluation report includes the following:
- The application number and completion date.
- Personal information, name, and date of birth.
- An evaluation summary that includes: the institution name and country, the type of program completed, the amount of time attended, the type of degree or certificate earned with its United States equivalence and comments, and the date these credentials were awarded.
- A detailed list of courses taken in your major or minor area of concentration, listing each subject completed with its grade point average adjusted to the United States educational (4.0) scale, along with the credits earned for the course.
